I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered in one package?

Sometimes our products are not always sent in one package due to varying product storage locations, depending on the product.

Once a package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with its tracking number.

Why is the tracking number not updated for my order?

Tracking numbers typically update within 3 business days of order shipment.

If your tracking information hasn't updated after several business days, please contact us at cs@oknife.com.

Where do you ship from?

We have multiple warehouses located in CA/VA/NC, we will choose the best shipping address and logistics channel based on stock distribution and your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically it takes 3-7 business days to receive your order. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

You can also choose expedited delivery for an additional $9.9 shipping fee. (Same day shipping, delivered within 2~3 business days).

Do you cover free shipping?

Do you ship internationally?

U.S. only. We are unable to make an international shipment. Your kind understanding would be greatly appreciated.

What are the payment options?

We accept PayPal and credit cards.

On the payment screen, there should be photos for VISA, MasterCard, ETC. You can click any card to enter the checkout page and fill in the information on the card you want to use.

Why the payment failed?

If you cannot check out at this moment, please follow these steps to give it a try.
1. Try cleaning the cookies, using another browser like Google Chrome.
2. Change with other devices (cell phone, computer, or pad) to see if it works.
3. Please also contact the bank for consulting if they accept international charges.
4. If that doesn’t help, for any further questions, please provide us with a screenshot for it, the exact time, what devices and browsers you use.

Need to change/add items after placing an order.

Thank you for your support! Unfortunately, we are unable to add or exchange items if the order is completed. You can contact cs@oknife.com to assist you with canceling your order before it ships out. Afterward, you can reorder your items from our website.

Can I change my shipping address?

Kindly inform you that if the order has not shipped, please contact cs@oknife.com to amend it. However, if the package has been sent out, we cannot change the shipment.

I never receive my orders, what can I do?

Please contact customer support at cs@oknife.com. We will assit you as soon as possible!

Returns and Refunds

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

What's your warranty policy?

We will warrant all Oknife knives that exhibit any defects in material and workmanship under normal use. However, please note that this LIFETIME WARRANTY does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, or cosmetic damage.
And for the knives outside 30 days free return, you need to cover the shipping to return the knife to us.

What's your return policy?

Orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date the order was received. Returned items must be in the same condition, unworn and in the original packaging.

Oknife and Olight belong to the same Ofamily. However, the two sites exist independently and accounts cannot be bound or shared.
